Turbo Toys Shipping Information

We want to get you your part as quickly as possible! However due to the nature of the salvage business same day shipping is not always available. Quite often parts are still on the vehicles that need to be pulled for shipment. Larger components such as body cuts and engines/transmissions need additional handling time to pull and make ready for shipment so they make it to you undamaged. Please understand that we do our best to get your order ready for shipment as quickly as possible but there may be delays.

Expect up to 24hrs handling M-F for parts on the shelf. Expect up to 3 business days for parts that need to be pulled or cut.

Tracking numbers are usually uploaded within 24hrs of shipment. Smaller items may not receive a tracking number if shipped by regular mail. Freight items will not have tracking numbers, contact us for bill of lading.

Who do we ship with and how do we ship?

Most parts are sent out by USPS (2-3 day priority mail in the U.S.) or Fed Ex Ground ( 2-4 day ground service in the U.S.) Larger items are sent out freight and require us to get a quote and are subject to additional charges for residential delivery, lift gate service (if you do not have a forklift) and other freight related costs. Regardless of carrier we take every precaution we can to make sure your part arrives safely while keeping our packing costs low.

Can you rush my shipment?

In most cases no we cannot rush an order. As stated above sometimes parts need to be pulled. This means we have to coordinate a technician, fork lift operator, and a service bay to be able to remove the parts from the vehicle. Sometimes we are open and flexible enough to get this done in the same day, other times we have to schedule it with our existing workload. Please contact us if it is critical the part be rushed. Understand there will be a fee involved to interrupt our workflow just to get you a part shipped out today.

What about shipping outside of the U.S.?

We can ship outside of the U.S. Depending on country and size of the item. There are many regulations that vary country to country and larger bulkier items become very expensive to ship. It may be best to look for a freight forwarding company if you are purchasing our products from a country outside of the U.S/Canada and territories. Please expect extra costs if requesting shipment outside of the U.S.

My shipment arrived damaged what do I do?

Contact us! Be sure to photograph the outside and inside packaging and save all packaging materials. These are necessary for us to open a claim with the carrier. We will gladly get another part coming once the case is open and appropriate action has been taken. If we do not have another part of the same kind available we will refund your purchase once the item has been picked up by the carrier.

Please refer to each listing's posted details to learn whether a warranty applies to a particular part and its specific terms. Some listings include a warranty and others do not. Each listing will clearly state the warranty length if applicable. In the event that a part sold with a warranty fails to operate within the warranty period from time of receipt, Turbo Toys will replace the part with a functionally equivalent part or refund the purchase price, at our option. Any listing that says "Sold AS-IS" does not include a warranty and all sales are final.

!! Airbags, Seat Belts, and Tires are sold "AS IS" and never include a warranty and cannot be returned. Airbags and other similar devices are considered dangerous goods and we cannot and will not ship those items. !!

To make a warranty claim, you must contact Turbo Toys before the end of the stated warranty period.

Other Product Information

The year and model of the vehicle or part listed on an auction is within a range of interchangeability and may not necessarily be the exact model and year as the part or vehicle that has been provided. If a listings terms state the years/makes/models or other applications for a part, those are the only years/makes/models or other applications that we guarantee that the part will fit. It is the buyer's responsibility to research and determine whether the listings item(s) will fit on other vehicles or work in other applications. We CANNOT tell you if a part will fit any other year/make/model or application..

Parts may have attached accessories that must be switched or removed to accommodate proper installation, which is the responsibility of the installer. Such accessories have been included to aid in the convenience of installation and are not covered by our warranty.

All warranties are null and void if:

  • The vehicle is converted from a private passenger use to commercial or fleet use, or is used for racing or other competition or off-road recreational purposes.
  • Failure is caused by abuse, misuse, or modifications.
  • Failure is caused by using the part for any use other than what was intended or recommended by the manufacturer.
  • The part fails or becomes defective due to the vehicle being involved in a collision.
  • The part is installed or operated outside the United States.
  • The installed heat tab center is melted or removed.
  • The part is sold "As Is" as indicated on the front of invoice or in an auction's terms.

We do not cover any labor/installation or additional part charges obtained for any reason.

We are not responsible for injury or damage during or as a result of the installation of our parts. Timing belts, thermostats, spark plugs, fluids and seals are routine maintenance items and should be replaced at the time of installation.

Any "Recommended Installation Procedures" provided by Turbo Toys must be followed by the installer to maintain warranty coverage. This warranty does not cover freight costs or similar charges.

Use of Freight Forwarders VOIDS all warranties:

Turbo Toys will ship the part to the address provided, however our policy about forwarded packages is that once the item leaves the United States, returns/warranties/or refunds are no longer valid. This means that if the part is not the correct part, does not work properly, or becomes damaged in any way due to the length of transit time, we will not cover it under our return or warranty policies. We will also not refund any additional costs of shipping due to forwarded items.

Warranty Limitations

The buyer hereby acknowledges that due to the nature of used auto parts, any liability of Turbo Toys from all causes shall be limited to the price paid for the goods sold or provided. If a part Turbo Toys sold with a warranty fails to operate during the stated warranty period, liability shall be limited to the replacement of the part or a remedy not to exceed the price paid for the part, at Turbo Toys's option.

We do not cover any labor/installation or additional part charges obtained for any reason.

Making a Warranty Claim

If your part does not operate correctly during the stated warranty period after you have exhausted all possibilities with your professional installer, then you must contact us so that we can process your claim.

Please submit all warranty claim concerns to us by ebay message, we will gladly address your concerns.

  • You must include the listing and/or order number.
  • You must use all reasonable means to protect the part from further damage.
  • Turbo Toys must authorize and send an RMA for all returns before they are sent back to us.
  • You must furnish us with such information as we may reasonably require:
  • Digital photo showing proof of damage
  • Proof of your vehicle's vehicle identification number (VIN)
  • Regular maintenance during the warranty period as recommended by the manufacturer in the Owner's Manual.
  • We reserve the right to inspect any product prior to refund or replacement.

All implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this warranty and do not cover incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.

Shipping Claims

You must inspect your purchased item(s) when you receive them and immediately notify Turbo Toys at help@turbo-toys.com if the item(s) were damaged at the time you received them. All damage claims must be made within three days of receipt. You must retain all packing materials and shipping documents so we can investigate the cause of the damage.

Turbo Toys Return Information


Please read our policies and contact us before returning an item.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise specified by us.

Electronic modules / relays / fuse boxes or other such items that receive electric current are ECHANGE only. We will not issue a refund for electronic parts unless we are unable to fulfil an exchange. Unfortunately these items can easily be destroyed by improper instillation. If an electronic part is returned with signs of water, heat or electrical short we will not issue a credit. We do our absolute best to check and test parts prior to shipping. Sometimes a part not working is due to another problem in the electrical system and not the part itself. Please contact us if you have a problem with an electronic part and we will see if there is anything we can do on a case by case basis.

All items returned in good working order will be charged a 20% restocking fee to cover expenses in pulling, testing and making the parts ready for shipment. Shipping will not be refunded. Please make sure you need the part before ordering. Call us if you have a question so we can help guide you to selecting the correct part.

All body parts that are cut specifically for you will be charged a 30% restocking fee because they were cut to your specifications and a different customer may not have the same needs. Also additional labor costs are required to ready a body part for shipping.
